Bright at first with spells of weak sunshine but developing Cu and
severe haze - almost a thundery appearance of the sky but without the
sultriness of summer. Cloudy by late morning. Overcast and gloomy
afternoon with slight rain around 16.30 local time. A little watery
sunshine later. Very hazy all day and much cooler than yesterday -
light S to SW wind.

Brussels Uccle 10.9°C - overnight minimum 5.6°C - and 0.1 mm rain.
