Surprisingly, the warmest Easter Sunday since 1981 in 1999 managed
only 16.5C, with 16.1C in 2000.

Steve the guy on Midlands today (Simon, I think) is forecasting the
magic 21c for this weekend in the Midlands, so that record could go out
of the window!
