This sad occasion is when Michael McNeil is in funds and there is a
lunar phase at or near 5 or 11 am or pm immediately following the
spring equinox.

Ideally, he has dined well in the early afternoon and made it to his
local in time to imbibe too many pints for his own good -but for
humanity in general this should be seen as a great sacrifice.
