That Sennen Beach Restaurant thingy wasn't there when I last visited. How
long has it been there?

It looks like it has swallowed up a sizeable chunk of the old car park. I
bet some people of happy about that.

Actually it's hardly touched the car park, it's on the site of the old
beach shop & cafe, it just goes back into the dunes a bit. (Mind you,
the car park was full today!)

It's been there 3 or 4 years now, and it's very good, I can recommend
it.

It's places like that (and the surfcams) that help make Cornwall a
year round destination. A sort of Cafe/Bar/Restaurant/Surfing/Walking/
Wildlife culture.

I'm pleased to say that Sennen is not yet owned by the NT, otherwise
we'd have the same chocolate as every NT shop (with 'Sennen'
wrapping) , teatowels with pasties, Ye Olde Coffee Shop, exorbitant
parking for non Members (like at Godrevy), signs say 'Keep out of the
Sea you might drown' (like at Godrevy - why can't they pay for a
lifeguard) etc.

Must stop, I'm getting a tad controversial.
