Not here it's not.

Yesterday, overcast all day with a chilly NW-erly. Max 11.0°C.

Today, drizzly with very poor visibility (see the web cam).

Lesley was on Arkle, 787 metres, yesterday and nearly abandoned the
ascent because of the weather conditions. Rain and high wind had made
the main ridge quite hazardous. (Arkle is in Wester Ross, 30km NE of
Lochinver).
