Default Warmest day of the year so far

In Coventry today, we recorded a maximum temperature of 18.9C - the
warmest day of 2007 so far.

Interestingly, our warmest day so far, working on average temperatures,
is still 12th January (at 9.1C), despite the warmth of recent days.
