....and perhaps on a more serious note they should. Obviously it's not
neccessary most of the time but how often have we watched the forecast
shouting "no it's bleeding not!" Maybe if it was compulsory to do a now
forecast in their own location before going on air it would prevent these
occasional obvious gaffs.
