Default [WR] Cool & unsettled, but still 'warm'

yeah on the times I've ever visited Devon I've always found it to be warm,
close and humid especially in all those single track lanes you have.
I always related this to the Devonshire people. Often slow and slurred, your
classic country yokel. Then there's that cider .... oh geez what am I
saying the mind wanders lol
