At 2000z the event total at Luton was 56.2mm. And rains it still.

At 0900z on the 28th the event total at Whipsnade is up to
64.8mm. It has been raining continuously for 27.5h, and it has
rained for 33.1h of the last 37 according to the Dynes TSR.
The Luton figure will be appreciably higher, but I won't pick
that up until this evening.
