A drop of your rain would have been most welcome doon 'ere. I've only
recorded 3.1 mm of rain so far this June and the garden is dust dry
and me summer collies have gone all droopy in the hot sun today.

Just come in from a trudge over the moor, ground is sodden, garden is sodden and
my feet are sodden (water over my boots). 16.8 mm (AWS) since midnight with
frequent heavy showers.
