Close. Try 'muh-nith dee'. You're right about the hard sounding
'th' though.


Have a listen to Cefn Gwlad next Wednesday, S4C, 9.0pm.


That might be difficult, unless S4C have a 'listen again' option
of some sort on their website. You see, I have no TV.


That is a shame. The programme interviews many of my neighbours and you
would have been able to hear how y Mynydd Du is pronounced by the locals.
