Anyone know how the current rainfall compares with that in the 6 weeks prior
to Nov 14th 2000 here in East Yorkshire?

On that date in Nov 2000 we had springs rise in the fields surrounding our
village (Kirkburn) giving some slight flooding. As I remember it it was
approx a week after we had had 6 inches in around 3 weeks, which seems to be
similar to now.
