Not if you live in Tenbury Wells - in Worcestershire, not the SE - as seen
on tonight's ITV national news, where the town centre has now flooded three
times this summer. It has been an *exceptional* summer for them, for all
the wrong reasons. Trying to judge whether location X's flood is "worth"
more or less than location Y's flood is just silly.
