RMK: Mod rain 1740-1900 on Mon, then intmt light
rain ... a striking mostly yellow and red rainbow at the
point of sunset thanks to a rift in the clouds in the far
northwestern sky. Present cloud cover has increased
from 1 okta at 0700.
