Variable convective cloud over Britain - quite sunny in much of Wales.
Heavy showers in central Scotland in the afternoon picture. Low pressure
system in the Channel with cloud extending over SE England, Belgium and most
of the Netherlands.

Scattered showers in northern Britain on Saturday night. Outbreaks of rain
move into the Channel and SW England early on Sunday morning and move east
into extreme SE England by mid-morning. Outbreaks of rain and showers
develop over northern England in the morning. Showers become widespread in
south and east Scotland and also in NE England by mid-afternoon with thunder
in places. Meanwhile further outbreaks of rain move east through the far
south of England during the afternoon and evening.
