Cyprus is having a heatwave at the moment (44C in Nicosia yesterday)
and unusually, it seems that not only are the temperatures very high
but also the humidity is as well.

Paphos airport yesterday reported a max 32C and a DP of 29C. Apart
from India in pre-monsoon condtions, I have never seen a DP so high in
Europe. Today it is just as hot and already at 8am (UTC) it is 32C
with a DP of 28C and RH 79%.

It must be feeling absolutely horrendous with such high humidities;
glad I'm not there!
