.... thunder first heard 1328Z, rain set in 1330Z, soon moderate or
heavy, but eased back to mainly moderate within last 10 mins. Roads
picking up plenty of standing water. Thunder (discharges) infrequent -
about one per 5 to 8 mins. Vis: 5km. Blue sky to immediate north, but
grey/threatening to immediate west.
