I went out for about 20 minutes just after midnight, with fairly clear
skies, and saw about half a dozen. Very fast and short lived.

Fantatically clear here and little light pollution. Saw 7 in 10 minutes
around 2330. Most were very short lived. Would have looked for longer, but
suffering from a bad neck at the moment, which isn't too conducive.
