Thanks, Paul, those shots really bring it home (I spent a week in Cheltenham
between the first and second Tewkesbury floods) but the camera operators
really should learn not to wave the camera about like a conductor's baton!

Perhaps they are auditioning to be cameramen on the BBC TV forecasts ;-)
