It's now 24 days without measurable rain here in Fareham, only a
couple of traces (but 2mm on 22 August). I measure from midnight to
midnight.
The posts in this thread had me scurrying to re-check my Friday's
record (trace) which I was able to do from the 15 minute radar images
- Avbrief are currently retaining *48 hours* of images which can be
accessed by changing the time and date in the url of any of the recent
images.
Thanks to them, I was able to confirm that the rain belt did indeed
break up in the Southampton-Portsmouth area and the images are
consistent with my record of "trace" for that day.
