Default Full 360 degree prevailing visibility?

The Bablake School tower has visibility of 6km over the city centre
(see the web cam), but just 1km in the opposite direction because of a
hill.

I think Cairngorm summit might fit the bill, Ian - but few other
recording stations I would think.

How about the top of the Birminham Uni Muirhead tower?
