Why would that be? Warming = drying = more fuel = more fire.

Warming = drying = more fuel = more fire.= more radiating into space =
cooling.

Also: More SO2 and fly ash = more clouds = more reflected Sun radiating =
cooling

The realationship is trivially easy for even a child to see. Is there
something about the deniliast brain that prevents it from admitting the
obvious?
