Cyclones are akin to hurricanes and are large scale phenomena. That
video seems to show a tornado. Agreed the tornado might be a small
scale feature within a cyclone but the video does not - as I
understand things - actually show a cyclone.

Spot on, Jack. It's a thunderstorm with hail and a tornado. Nothing to
do with a cyclone.
