Spot on, Jack. It's a thunderstorm with hail and a tornado. Nothing to
do with a cyclone.

Yes, it says it's a "brutal tornado". Must be the same one that the BBC News
reported as a "mini-tornado". The duration of the clip is given as 48
minutes! Typical level of exaggeration for the media I suppose.
