then he would be a multi-millionaire by now.

Six to seven days is generally accepted as being the maximum limit with
little better than very broad ideas for the following few days.

There is a general principle of persistence, where the weather tomorrow is
much like the weather today. So I'll predict that until the end of the month
it will be sunshine and showers with below average temperature, just as it
has been this week. On the other hand he could try my rival Roeder's
site if some one would post it :-)
