on a reasonably sunny note here in the Otter Valley in south east Devon.
With the sun just about setting, this has been another quite sunny day with
7.6 hours of sunshine bringing the total this month so far to 27 hours.

Cloudy for most of the day up here Nick. A few glimpses of the sun around midday
but then turned quite gloomy this afternoon. I could see Newton Abbot in sun
around 1500 and it certainly looked clear to the east over the Exe. Absolutely
no wind again which is unusual on Dartmoor. Also a lot of people out on the
moor, more like a summer's day in that regard. Had to actually stop to cross the
road, whatever is the world coming too :-)
Day max. a warm 13.7C.
1st. 16.3/9.1
2nd 14.3/9.4
3rd 12.7/6.3
