On the tv programme Bremner, Bird and Fortune, there is often a sketch based on
a weather person from sky tv.
It is one of my favourite sketches and the hallowe'en episode was especially
funny to me.

I do not see sky tv so do not know who the real person is.

Since joining Sky, Francis has won the coveted title of Best
Television Weather Presenter - Worldwide at the International
Television Weather Forecasters Festival in 1995, 1997, 2000 and 2003.

IIRC the satellite stuff was all the same colour for certain weather
patterns when it first came out, prompting me to see green and saying
so in the days when I was green enough to use the BBC's weather board.

Needles to say it was removed by whatever prick of the day was
moderator.

So, as he was a prize winner or whatever the accolade entailed, was he
also capable of presenting sea surface pressure charts, or was that
not included in the little pot of presentability?
