Default How 'far south' is the current jetstream

I've seen quite a few mentions that the current 'more southerly'
Atlantic jetstream is causing the so-so July we seem to be having.

Could anyone put a figure on exactly how much further south the
jetstream is than normal.

With this is mind - is there anyone (Philip Eden!!!) who knows what
the summer has been like so far in the Charente region of France.

Cheers,

Scott
