Scattered showers in NW Scotland and Wales on Wednesday night. Scattered
outbreaks of light rain in northern England towards morning. Rain in
Ireland by mid-morning moved into NW England soon after midday and across
the whole of northern England, north Wales and the north Midlands in the
afternoon.
