.... going to be interesting to see the nationwide anomaly map: another
month where the areal series (as above) doesn't represent the wide
variation of rainfall catch: down here (based on
Bournemouth/provisional/ex WeatherOnline), the %age PPN is ~120%, due
of course to some 'high value' events.
