I have been watching lightning for around 40 minutes now from a line of Cb
clouds way way in the distance to the N-West of here. Approx 1 strike/30
seconds - to 1 strike/minute. They are lightning the clouds up a nice
purple colour - very pretty - no thunder heard so must be quite a
difference. My Strikemaster is picking some of them up but not all - I
image this is the line of storms towards Northampton ? Visibility must be
very good.
One Cb is active - then seems to decay - then the one behind it becomes
active etc etc.
