Ah but don't you see that the equation of time is a key in the
algorithm, subsisting on ~Relativity for the most part, since the
observed incongruities in Mercury's behaviour challenged Newtonian
Mechanics.

Rather than controversy for the sake of controversy, why not try and
input figures for the differences in lieu of whichever (to me) (in my
ignorance) numbers the astrometrist interprets for "t" in their
equations of time.

It helps if you remove your Aries from Uranus.


Not able to speak from experience and not really wishing to intrude, I
feel compelled to ask how often you do so.

But I really don't want to know.
