RMK: Temp has struggled this morning. There's not been a
breath of wind to mix the air. A lot of smoke in the air from coal
and wood fires in the village. It's just hanging in the stagnant air.
Cu hum on the SW horizon. There's also some high Sc and Ci
down there. It's a glorious sunny day, though.

RMK: Hoar frost has persisted in the shade and in some places
that got a bit of sun. Ground still frozen. Temperature is 3 deg
lower than it was at 15z yesterday and is falling quickly. Still some
high Sc and Ci far to the SW.
