Here is a list of the 24 hour (00-24) true mean air temperature from the AWS
at Wokingham for the first 11 days of December.
If you now compare these with the daily graphs of temperature for the same
site at:
http://www.woksat.info/wwp6.html
(scroll down the page for the graphs section)
you will see that the answer to your question is there is no meaningful
relationship on most days.
