09-09z Tmax 3.9, Tmin -0.0, Tg -3.1, rain Tr (dew)

RMK: Some breaks in the St/Sc when I turned in at 01z.
Slight ice on neighbours pool. Grass damp to wet.
Concrete dry to damp. Less grey this morning.
