I realy don't see any serious progress here,
There was more progress than it seemed. Firstly they actually got an
agreement which was quite suprising considering the behaviour that took
place as is quoted here.

So we had bullying taking place here. Quite frankly this Bali conference
was a bit of a disgrace.
