Light snow showers today in Wishaw, with a near equal thaw in between.
Heavier and more prolonged in the last hour, we have around a 1 or 2 cm
cover now.
Timelapse footage shows a few flurries, hopefully a white scene in the
morning.

Just back from a trip into town and was making fresh tracks on the main
road. I then took the dog across the valley floor, mistake. The wind was
stiff and the snow horizontal. I was bent double on the way back as my
eyes and face were being pierced by thousands of little ice daggers (you
can see I am getting carried away).

As I look outside now, it's a whiteout and the radar looks tasty.
