09-09z Tx +10.9, Tn +3.8, Tg -0.2, rain 1.2mm.

RMK: Visibility increased from 200m since 0745z. Rain
commenced at 0845z, slight at 0900z, moderate as I
write at 0925z. Concrete wet. Filthy morning.
