Default Penzance - Winter so far.

That's remarkable when you consider that, as recently as 1996, the mean
CET (representative of temperature in the English Midlands) for the year
was 9.2. So only twelve years ago the Midlands temperature averaged over
the year was comparable to what now seems to be the norm for a Penzance
January.
