This was also observed and commented on in Belgium.
A rise from 1034 to 1036 hPa at 11.00 UTC (12.00 local time) and then a fall
back to 1034 by 13.00 can be seen on the Brussels METARs

The observer at St Pieters Rode near Leuven (east of Brussels) reported a
rise from 1034 hPa to 1037 and then back to 1034 within 2 hours around
midday local time.
Same pressure peak at 12.00 local time can be seen on the Barometer graph of
the site at Ransberg near Tienen
