Default Dry air in central/SW France

Subsided air in the anticyclone resulted in a very low dew-point

Dew-point dropped to -12°C and RH to 20% as the
temperature reached 14.7°C in bright sunshine ... wish
I was there!

From one who IS in the Limousin (about 100 miles South of Limoges)
it's been glorious here. Cold nights with a "dry" frost, but balmy,
sunny days - had lunch and wine on the terrace!!
