Thanks for the replies, folks. Re-assuring that I'm not the only windy
reporter. The forecast was well presented, and it is a sunny day and
almost 10C - just F7 lee wave spoiling it.
1240Z 27033G41KT.
He seemed pretty confident of snow showers as far south as north Wales
and north Midlands (I assume that was for low ground).
