Where's Dunkeswell? That often seems to be surprisingly chilly, so I had
been assuming that it was somewhere on Dartmoor.

High up in the Blackdown hills in east Devon (not far from Honiton). I think it
is at about 260m asl. It is not on Dartmoor.
