Now my link to KNMI archives no longer works. *I can get the KNMI home
page OK (and the short range forecast charts) but can't find any
archives.

Simply change the date and time above and it's got 6-hourly ASXX data.
Very useful site indeed, and goes back a few years IIRC. Can be a bit
temperamental at times, but should work.
