Not just the SE. Forecasts of mean speeds 40mph in Cornwall, even
for sheltered spots like Penzance - so gusts to 70mph seem likely in
exposed spots. No warning about that, but there is now a 60% risk of
disruption due to snow on Scilly, (according the SW Weather Warnings
page) despite the fact that the temperature isn't forecast to fall
below 5C on the Islands.
