Default NO2ID - It's more than a card, it changes the nature ofcitizenship in Britain

Didn't the UK fight a major war about 65 years ago so that British citizens
did not find themselves subject to arbitrary demands in the streets and in
their homes for "Papieren, bitte!"?

During that war all and for years afterwards all British citizens
carried ID cards.
I still have mine. The war was against Fascism not ID cards.
