Just been looking at the forecast for Regina in Saskatchewen, Canada for
Saturday morning.....

-32C with a windchill of -51C. This in a modern city with normal roads,
shops etc. Who fancies going to the supermarket?

You can just imagine this in tthis country's 'forecast-speak'.
'The temperature will be -32C but if you add on the strength
of the wind it will 'feel like' -51C, so wrap up warm!'
