Hi Scott, I'm pretty confident now.

I'm still expecting some sort of northerly at the end of the month and then
a wet and cold spell with wind, rain, sleet and snow as we go into March and
the start of Spring.

People will have to be patient if they want warm and sunny Spring weather!
