2mm of rain overnight seems to have triggered the frogs to spawn.
Saw my first frog spawn on 10th Feb - in a puddle. Don't think it's
likely to survive although the way the weather's been, it's possible.

Frogspawn here in WDorset by 6 Feb, with one frog having been hanging
about in my pond for a fortnight before that, waiting for a partner.

I definitely think that frogs are not monogamous! Well not the ones in
my pond, it's a full scale orgy, 10 out of 10 of a banging session!

Ha!
Just realised why the shops are full of DIY stuff; tis the season for
wall-papering. Anyone know how to get the lumps out?
