This looks like it could be really nasty here, I'm right in the firing
line with this one.
It's getting very blustery here, up to about 30/35 mph. It's more windy
than yesterday. Worried about tomorrow, as it looks like it will affect
us more than yesterday.

So what happened? I was expecting a blow up here and be woken by the noise
after 0300 but nothing happened... The wind dropped; it got warmer, 4C
from close to 0C; it rained, 6mm in a couple of hours.

It's starting to get a bit blowy again now maybe back up to F6 from the
noise. It's a N'ly so the anemometer is sheltered, hence only reading F4.

Quite stormy here early this morning but just a good strong winter storm
(yes I know it's March!) Nothing out of the ordinary and certainly nothing
approaching the Jan 18th 2007 storm I mentioned in my first post.

Very breezy here, gusting to about 30mph, made it feel cold, while out
in the garden. Finally got lawnmower up and running after it's
winter's break, by tweaking the carburettor.
